FREEHEARTS ANIMAL SANCTUARY TASMANIA 'Founded and run by Jodie Bradshaw'
FreeHearts Animal Sanctuary provides a safe lifelong home for animals who have been rescued from cruelty, neglect and exploitation. FreeHearts, was founded on the 7th of June 2013 and is located on 25 acres in North East Tasmania. They currently have over 80 animals who call FreeHearts home including cats, chickens, turkeys, pigs, sheep and cows amongst others. They will provide these animals with a loving permanent home where they are free to live in peace and as nature intended.Although they have a strong focus on Animals used in Animal Agriculture we will always try to help any animal in need regardless of species. They have a strict no breeding policy at the sanctuary and promote the desexing of all animals. They rescue and transport injured and orphaned wildlife to a dedicated wildlife carer where the animal will be rehabilitated and re-released wherever possible.Through the sharing of photographs and videos FreeHearts hopes to help people reconnect with ALL animals as unique individuals who are just as full of emotion and the desire to live and enjoy life as we are. The Sanctuary is run by compassionate beautiful vegan Jodie Bradshaw who is also the the founder and main caretaker at FreeHearts. She chooses to live a cruelty free lifestyle which means that she does not consume or purchase products, or attend events which resulted in the suffering and/or death of an animal.
